Terms & Conditions

1. Making a reservation constitutes acceptanceofthese Terms & Conditions.
2. Reception hours: 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM
3. Check-in time is from3:00 PM, andcheck-outisuntil 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
4. Early check-in between 11:00 AMand1:00PMis possible upon prior arrangement withthereception, subject to roomavailability. Anadditional fee of 100 PLN applies.
5. Late check-out also requires prior arrangementwith the reception and is subject toroomavailability. A fee of 100 PLNis chargedforextending the stay until 2:00 PM. Afterthistime, a full night’s rate will be charged, andthepossibility of staying in the roomdependsonitsavailability.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughouttheentire property. Smoke detectors triggerafirealarm and automatically notify thefiredepartment. A 500 PLN fine will bechargedforviolations.
7. Due to the limited number of parkingspacesavailable at the Villa, parking is availableonlywith prior reservation at a rate of 50PLNperday. The parking space will only beavailableupon receiving a confirmation of theparkingreservation from the property.
8. Housekeeping service is available uponrequest.If you would like your roomtobecleaned, please hang the "Service Request" signonyourdoor handle by 12:00 PM.
9. Hosting parties or social gatherings isstrictlyforbidden and subject to a 1000 PLNfine.
10. Quiet hours are in effect from10:00PMto7:00AM.
11. The number of guests staying must not exceedthe number declared in the reservation.
12. Guests are financially responsibleforanydamage caused to the property andmust coverall costs before departure.
13. The property is not liable for loss or damagetoguest belongings as defined by PolishCivilCode.
14. Guests are expected to leave theroominthesame condition as upon arrival.
15. If you wish to receive an invoice for yourstay,please request it immediately after makingthereservation. If no details are provided, thereservation will automatically be invoicedwitha receipt.
16. The property reserves the right torefuseservice or terminate a stay without refundifthe guest: a) has violated rules during a previous stay, b) is under the influence of alcohol orothersubstances, c) behaves aggressively or poses athreattoothers
17. The property is not responsiblefor failuresbeyond its control, including power, water,heating, internet, or TV outages.
18. Room keys/cards must not be sharedwiththirdparties. Lost key cards incur a 200PLNr eplacement fee.
19. For fire safety reasons, guests maynotusepersonal electric or gas appliances that arenotpart of the room’s standard equipment.
20. Pets are allowed only with prior approval fromthe hotel. An additional fee may applyforthestay of a pet, in accordance withthehotel's price list.
21. Minors may only be checked intothehotel inthe presence of a parent or legal guardian. Intheir absence, a written authorizationsignedbythe parent or legal guardian, alongwiththeircontact telephone number, is required. Thehotel reserves the right torefuseaccommodation to a minor if theaboveconditions are not met.
